Highcliffe Castle, Dorset

Highcliffe Castle is a stunning, mainly Victorian castle, nestled in the cliff top above Christchurch Bay - an ideal location for weddings and corporate events.

One of the major reasons that they were looking for a new supplier was the lack of flexibility and rigid delivery structure that their previous supplier imposed. With frequent last minute events and changes to guest numbers, a flexible delivery schedule is essential which is why the ViVAS proposition appealed so much. Lynsey has advised Highcliffe on their wedding and banqueting drinks list and pricing structure, including corkage charges, and now ViVAS has become the exclusive drinks supplier to the venue.
