The Key West Restaurant in Bournemouth has a unique and enviable location at the end of the Bournemouth pier, giving unrivalled 300 degree panoramic views across the bay. The restaurant is open all the year round and is perfectly situated for the local and tourist trade, and Key West also caters for weddings and parties throughout the year. The wine list contains 13 wines, with each of the still wines available by the glass in three different serving sizes.
Key West switched to ViVAS due to its favourable pricing structure. Steve Twyman, the restaurant manager soon realised that the benefits did not stop there.
With a tighter wine offer and faster moving wines, it is also the quality of the brands in the ViVAS range that have impressed Steve. They now list three of the Furious Boar range from California, three of the Tini range from Italy, plus sparkling wines such as Thomas Mitchell Brut and Lanson Black Label Champagne amongst others.
