Burrough started producing Beefeater in 1876, named after the Beefeaters at the Tower of London, it was instantly successful and became the distillery's flagship brand. Now located in Kennington, Beefeater is proud to be the only globally recognized London Style Gin still to be produced in the capital.
Nine botanicals are left to steep for a full 24 hours, harnessing the character of the botanicals. The stills are then heated gently, duiring a seven hour process in which different botanicals will release their flavours at different times.
